It’s 49 Hampton by Hilton i EMEA is officially opened in 21th Feb 2017 which is the fastest Hilton hotel in UK area. The D2 Aberdeen Hotel is 2^nd Hampton by Hilton that CIMC MBS has achieved since strategic working with Hilton Group. Located in D2 industrial part, closed to Aberdeen international airport, the hotel is 13 kilometers from city center.

The module hotel idea perfectly matches Hilton universal standardization service as consistency and exception. CIMC MBS puts construction management and quality control into stable factory environment, applying the same and approval management philosophy to brands, strong and traceable quality control excel the expectation.

By providing finance package and EPC service, the success of the project indicates CIMC MBS capability to provide one-stand service and solution to our clients. Bricks Capital has rewarded CIMC the contract following Holiday Inn Express London ExCel and Glassworks Student Accommodation projects.

2 month spent on fit-out and modules arrives at Aberdeen site in the middle of 2016 and hotel expects to open in 2017.

Design Feature

The Hampton by Hilton D2 Aberdeen Hotel shapes as L with ground floor, traditional building functioning hotel lobby, stuff canteen, kitchen, restaurant, with CIMC modules as standard and accessible bedrooms, service, gym, staircase and lift modules. Besides high finished modules, windows and FCU are installed in China and ship out with modules.
